Hi Suzette,
When I run and export the Active User list, there is a column titled “Last Login.” If someone hasn’t ever signed in, the field reads “Never”, otherwise a date and time populates the field. Perhaps applying a filter to that column would allow you to identify those that have most recently been active and vice versa. One issue with that is, it’s only going to look at those individuals that have signed in to the application, and not the anonymous users that are just looking at policies. Ideally it would track every time someone signs in.
Regarding the ability to track average frequency of each user, I’m right there with you. PolicyStat doesn’t seem to have many helpful report options, however they do have an add-on product PolicyStat Statistics Dashboard. That said, it’s limited to what it shows and it’s not always functioning as we would expect. For example, the User Login report indicates no one at my facility has ever logged in the entire time we’ve been active with PolicyStat, which is clearly wrong, yet has never worked. Data on other reports on this dashboard are routinely incorrect. There are also times where the dashboard has error messages stating the data isn’t available.
